The Ingram Police Department issued the Amber Alert on Sunday morning after receiving a report that James Johnson Jr. had taken Amber from her mother's home without permission. Amber was last seen wearing a pink dress and white shoes.
The suspect vehicle is described as a white 2008 Ford F-150 with a Texas license plate number of JXN123. The vehicle has a dent on the rear bumper and a missing hubcap on the front passenger side.
